Every revenue figure comes from real Shopify orders — not platform-estimated conversions. Zenbundle order data is the business truth; Google's numbers are its bidding signal.

* May was a partial launch month — Performance Max went live May 19 and onsite videos from May 13 — so month-over-month deltas overstate the underlying run-rate. On a per-day basis at a flat $30/day (since raised to $38), June orders/day are up ~50% and revenue/day ~42% on the launch fortnight. That per-day lift is the cleaner read of real improvement.

True ROAS = real checkout orders (Zenbundle). Google ROAS = Google's own bidding signal, including view-through and modelled conversions. June gap is 1.44x — inside the healthy <1.5x band (Google books ~72 conversions vs 59 real orders).
Nothing needs your sign-off this month. We've already lifted the daily budget from $30 to $38 to buy more of the same profitable orders while Performance Max runs at a 7.55x TRUE ROAS — nearly 4× your 2.00x break-even. The only planned step from here is setting the first tROAS floor once one more clean order cycle completes.

What We're Doing Next

Priority order · one change at a time, then measure
1

Set the first tROAS floor at 250%

After one more clean 30-order cycle. The no-target "kickstart" has done its job (59 orders, 7.55x); a floor locks in profit as we scale.

2

Launch first banner + widen video coverage

Banner placements are enabled but unused, and onsite reach is thin. Extend shoppable video to top Brooks / Hoka / New Balance PDPs.

Daily budget raised $30 → $38

Applied this month. Performance Max was fully spending $30/day at ~4× break-even, so we scaled to capture more of the same profitable demand.

Done — Jul 2026

Order-tracking gap — fixed

May orders backfilled and June capture is healthy (>80% of Shopify's Google referral). Google over-report gap is down to 1.4×.

Google revenue by month (Shopify first-click + Zenbundle-measured paid). May: organic $1,658 + paid $2,142. June: organic $740 + paid $7,036. As paid scales, first-click credit shifts from organic to paid while total Google revenue rises — a reclassification, not lost organic demand.

The Read on Whole-Store Health

June 2026 · first full month on paid

June was Mar-Lou's first full calendar month running paid, and it did not come at the expense of free traffic. Year-to-date, Google organic revenue grew +22.8% ($9,412 → ~$11,502) while paid Performance Max added $9,368 of net-new revenue — paid is incremental, not cannibalising. Total store online sales are up +63.6% on 2025 ($38,809 vs $23,728), and Google Ads accounted for roughly 63% of June's online revenue. As the chart above shows, once paid switched on the first-click credit shifts from organic to paid, yet total Google revenue climbs steeply — a reclassification, not lost organic demand.

What You Spend vs What Changed

The honest way to judge the whole engine — paid ads, on-site video, and our week-to-week optimisation — is your total store against the only new cost you carry: Google Ads + Zenbundle. Before you joined, you ran no paid media at all.

You weren't running any paid media before Zenbundle and were averaging about $4,224 a month online. In June you spent roughly $1,300 all-in — ads and our fee together — and the store did $11,087. That's about $6,900 more in sales every month, credited to the whole program — not just the orders a video happened to touch.

Straight talk: your store was already growing before we arrived, so not every extra dollar is ours to claim — but the only new cost on the table is ~$1,278/mo, and even crediting half the lift it more than pays for itself. The narrower "attributed orders" view — on-site videos in the path of 23 orders / $2,831 in June — is the conservative floor; this is the fuller picture.

At June's onsite volume (1,039 impressions across 58 PDPs), per-video impression counts are not broken out individually. Videos are ranked by their role in the month's 23 attributed orders — Brooks and Hoka account for 8 of the top 12.

Key Observations

7 of June's 23 engaged orders came from shoppers who arrived without a paid click — 4 direct, 2 organic, 1 via an AI referral — $675 the on-site videos converted where no ad had a chance to influence the sale. Small sample (23 orders), and it compounds as video coverage grows.
Video play rate held at 38.0%, above the 25–30% benchmark. Shoppers on Mar-Lou PDPs actively open the videos, and engagement is up sharply on the May launch stub.
No banner campaigns are live yet, even though banner placements are enabled. The first collection or homepage banner is the fastest way to add a second on-site selling surface beyond PDP video.
Brooks and Hoka dominate the converting journeys — 8 of the top 12 videos are Brooks (Launch 11, Glycerin, Adrenaline) or Hoka (Gaviota 5). Extending video to the highest-traffic Brooks / Hoka / New Balance PDPs compounds what already works.
58 shoppable PDPs are live, but onsite reach is still thin (1,039 impressions). Engagement concentrates in a handful of styles; wider PDP coverage plus the ramping Google Ads traffic is the growth path.
