Total — all Google orders€248€2,4854110.00x13.46x+14%
Total counts every Google-sourced checkout order; the ~€106 / 2-order gap above PMax is other Google traffic (free listings & brand). The Google→True gap narrowed to 1.35x in June (from 1.67x in May) — Google's reported ROAS came down while your real return went up, so the two are converging. That's the tightest, healthiest it has been.
One decision this month: raise Performance Max from €10 to €20/day. June returned €10.00 of real revenue for every €1 of net ad cost — 4.5× your 2.22x break-even — on flat spend, with orders up 17% and cost per order down 15%. The account is getting more efficient, not just bigger, so there's clear headroom to double. Hard stop-loss: we pull back if the trailing 7-day return drops below 2.5×.

What We're Doing Next

Priority order · one change at a time, then measure
1

Scale the winner — PMax €10 → €20/day

4.5× above break-even and improving month over month on a clean, decision-grade cycle (41 June orders, no changes since launch). Double the budget with a hard stop-loss at a trailing-7-day return of 2.5×.

2

Tidy the feed & turn on the sale label

Hide out-of-stock and zero-price items to reclaim ~€47/month, and populate the sale / full-price label so we can analyse and optimise sale traffic next month — ahead of the summer sandal season.

3

Hold the bid target at tROAS 5.0×

Keep the bid target steady so the budget increase is the only change this cycle — that keeps Google's learning signal clean and the result readable next month.

Demand is spread healthily across the range rather than concentrated in a few lines — Birkenstock leads (20% of clicks), followed by Marco Tozzi, Rieker, Tamaris and Crocs, with a clicked price sweet spot of €60–90 (median €70). Two quick feed jobs pay for themselves: hiding out-of-stock and zero-price items reclaims ~€47/month of wasted spend, and populating the sale / full-price label unlocks sale-vs-full-price analysis heading into the summer sandal season.

The Value-for-Money Test

What You Spend vs What Changed

The honest way to judge the whole engine — paid ads, on-site video & banners, feed control and our week-to-week optimisation — is your total store against the only new cost you carry: Google Ads + Zenbundle. You weren't running paid media before Zenbundle came on in December.

real Google rev + onsite non-paid ÷ all new cost
You weren't running paid media before Zenbundle and were averaging about €2,917 a month. In June you spent roughly €548 all-in — ads and our fee together — and the store did €5,012, with the Google Ads account alone returning a clean 10× true ROAS. Fully loaded — real ad revenue (€2,485) plus the €886 of onsite orders that arrived with no ad click, over all new cost (€548) — that's 6.15×.

Straight talk: Graham's a seasonal store (Christmas and summer-sandal peaks), so the Sep–Nov baseline spans a quieter stretch and the whole-store number will swing month to month — read it alongside the directly-measured 10× ad ROAS, which is the cleanest signal here. Total Shopify sales may include some in-store orders.

Ranked by plays within June's engaged journeys. Birkenstock (Arizona, Boston) dominates the top of the list — extending video to the highest-traffic Birkenstock, Gola and Crocs PDPs compounds what already works.

Key Observations

10 of June's 24 engaged orders came from shoppers who arrived without a paid click — 5 direct, 5 organic — €886 the on-site content converted where no ad had a chance to influence the sale. It compounds as video and banner coverage grows.
Banners are live and pulling clicks — 133 impressions, 7 clicks, a 5.26% CTR across product, collection and checkout placements. That's a second on-site selling surface working alongside video.
Video play rate held at 60.9%, well above the 25–30% benchmark. Shoppers on Graham PDPs actively open the videos — Birkenstock Arizona is the standout.
Onsite reach is still modest (629 impressions across the range). Wider PDP video coverage plus the ramping Google Ads traffic is the growth path — especially as the summer sandal season builds.
